- [Instructor] In Microsoft Teams, there is a presence indicator that basically says whether you're available or not or in a meeting, that kind of thing. And the presence indicator is not visible is one of the common issues. You may also find that the displayed presence is just incorrect. It says you're available and you're not or the opposite is true. And then the third option would be the present status is status unknown. Now, there's a way that you can troubleshoot that. And Microsoft has a tool called the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. Now, you can go to the link that you see here or just type Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant in your web browser and download the file from Microsoft. This will go through all the different issues that you might be having with your Microsoft Teams presence issues.
