- [Instructor] If you're experiencing connectivity issues with a Teams client, the most likely causes are firewall or proxy settings. You need to verify the necessary URLs, IP addresses and ports that are open in the organization's firewall proxy server. Several services have firewall ports assigned to them and need to be open to work properly. Visit the URL you see here to see the ports that go with these services. They are updated monthly. There's many different tools for troubleshooting, such as log files. We use log files because they're created automatically and provide information to help troubleshoot specific issues. Call analytics provide detailed information about devices, networks and connectivity related to calls and meetings for each users in Teams.
