Publish and configure a custom app to Microsoft Teams
- [Narrator] You can use the Microsoft Teams Developer platform to integrate your apps, to improve productivity or whatever your business needs. Apps built on the Teams platform are features that work between your Teams client and your services and workflows. And it brings them directly into the context of your collaboration. When the app is ready for use in production, the developers should produce an app package and they can use the App Studio. The App Studio is a great tool for creating that app package. And they'll send you the file in a zip format, once it's complete. Microsoft will then use that app, where you can upload it and customize it. To validate that an app is working correctly in your production tenant, you're going to need to allow yourself or trusted users to upload custom apps in the production tenant using the app's set up policies.
