- [Instructor] Voice settings for users include call sharing and group call pickup features in Microsoft Teams, and that lets users share their incoming calls with colleagues so that others can answer calls that occur while you may be unavailable. of the two, group call pickup is less disruptive to recipients than other forms of call sharing, such as simultaneous ring, because users can configure how they want to be notified when an incoming shared call happens. And that can be done through audio and visual notification, visual only, or through a banner in the Teams app. And then the user can decide whether or not to answer it. If they'd like to share calls with others, a user creates what's called a call group and adds the users they want to share their calls with.
