- [Instructor] We need to manage our service numbers, call queues or auto attendants using a resource account. Resource accounts are then associated with a call queue or auto attendant. We obtain the service phone number from Microsoft or we can get one from our public switch telephone network provider. We then create the resource account for the call queue or auto attendant. After that, we're going to need to assign the license. And that means assigning the phone system license or phone system virtual user license. After that, we're going to assign a service phone number to the resource account you just assigned the licenses to. We're going to create a phone system call queue or auto attendant and finally, link the resource account with a call queue or auto attendant.
