- [Narrator] There are three levels of privacy a team owner can use to manage access to a team, the first being private. Private teams can only be joined when the team owner adds users to those teams. The next option is public. Public teams are available for all users in your organization. Public teams are visible to everyone in the team's gallery and users can join a public team without having to get approval from the team owner. However, users from outside your tenant are not going to be able to join this team without an invitation. This is only good for people that are inside the organization. Then there's the org wide option. Org-wide teams have all members of a Microsoft 365 tenant, joined automatically.
