- [Tutor] When an org wide team is created, all global admins are going to be added as team owners, and all active users are added as team members. Unlicensed users are also added to the team. And the first time an unlicensed user signs into teams, the user is assigned a Microsoft teams commercial cloud trial license that will expire in 12 months. These exception to members include accounts that are blocked from sign-in, guests, service accounts, and room or equipment accounts. And Microsoft 365 also has something called a shared mailbox that multiple people can access. And accounts backed by shared mailboxes are also not going to be able to be members. When creating an org wide team, you can have five of these org wide teams per tenant, and each of these teams are going to have up to 5,000 members. You may not see the option if you exceed your license. There just won't be any option at all to create that org wide team…
