- [Instructor] When integrating Microsoft Teams, it allows email to individual members of your team. Messages sent to these email addresses are then posted as conversation messages to the channel, and other members can download the original message or even add comments. The maximum message length for Teams messages is going to be only 24 kilobytes, which can be reached really quickly when creating an email. And because of this, if you want to post basic information into a channel, you should use a text-only email. Otherwise, only the first part of the email is going to be displayed. You'll want to turn on this feature so users can send email to a channel in Teams using the channel email address, and users can do this for any channel belonging to a team that they own.
