Manage calling policies

- [Instructor] Calling policies allows you to do a lot of great things in Microsoft Teams. It can help you determine which calling and call forwarding features will be available to your users. These policies determine whether the user can make private calls, use call forwarding, or simultaneous ringing to other users or external phone numbers. You can also use it to route calls to voicemail, send calls to call groups, use delegation for inbound and outbound calls and many more. While a default global policy is created automatically, administrators can create an assigned custom calling policies themselves. To create a custom calling policy in Microsoft Teams, I'm in the admin center. And under voice, I'm going to go where it says calling policies.
