- [Instructor] Caller ID policies in Microsoft Teams can help you change or block a caller. It's set up by default so that when a team's user calls a public switch telephone network phone, their phone number is going to be visible. Also the phone number of the public switch telephone number callers can be seen when they call a team's user. Caller ID policies are managed in the Microsoft Teams admin center in the voice section under caller ID policies. You can choose the default global policy or create custom policies and assign it to the user. I'm in the Microsoft Teams admin center, and I've expanded voice.
