- [Instructor] We can use client logs to help us interpret issues that we're having with our Teams client. There are desktop logs, which mainly focuses on the desktop application using the graphical user interface. And there are debug logs. The debug logs usually give us a lot more information than we need, but if we're really having a difficult time the debug logs can help us because it provides every different piece of information that you could find about your application as it's running. And then there are media logs, which can help us with any media file access. Logs for Microsoft Teams can be accessed by going to File Explorer. Then we'll go to the C drive and the Users folder, and then we'll go to the user we're logged in as followed by AppData, Roaming, Microsoft, and then Teams.
