Create and manage app permission policies
- [Instructor] We can manage application permissions on an individual basis or as an organization. Under the teams apps option, I'm going to click on manage apps, and we're going to see a list of all the different apps that have partnered up with Microsoft. And of course you can always create additional custom apps if you'd like. Now the org wide team app settings are here and these rules will automatically override any rules that I set here if we decide that there's some sort of an issue and I need to do that. I'm going to click on the very first app name and we can see that the status is allowed. So this means that the users can use this app within Microsoft Teams. I could also choose to disallow it as well, and then that would be the end of that app for any user. However, if the user had saved any data for that app, they would still be able to retrieve it.
