- [Robert] If you're an IT administrator, or an aspiring one, you've probably been following the problems that many video conferencing programs have been having with security and functionality. Microsoft Teams is a fully featured collaboration program that relies on proven technology from Microsoft to securely connect video, audio, share files, and work with groups of staff and guests in one application. In this Teams course, I use hands-on demonstrations on how to configure your Microsoft Teams policies and settings. You'll learn how to enable Teams features and apply them to users and groups. You'll also learn how to request and assign phone numbers for your users and create resources such as auto attendance and call cues. My name is Robert McMillen.
