Configure meeting settings

- [Narrator] Let's configure some meeting options in the Team's admin center. While logged into the admin center, we're going to go to Meetings and then select Meeting Settings. Here's Meetings. I'll just click the drop down here and then we'll choose Meeting Settings. Now we have lots of different options for our meetings. To start with, we have the participants. Do we want to allow anonymous users to join the meeting? And by default, we see that it's turned on. Anonymous users can interact with apps and meetings as well. We can add a lot of different apps into our meetings and you need to decide whether or not the anonymous users can use those. Next, we have the email invitation and I can add in the logo URL, the legal URL, help and footer. But if you click on this little information bubble, you'll see you'll have to have a hosted website, where those files are and can be accessible, otherwise that won't work. If I scroll down to network, We can see how we want to handle Teams meetings, real time media traffic, and that includes audio, video and screen sharing. And there's several different options here, such as inserting quality of service markers for real-time media traffic. We can leave that on or off. And if we have that on, then what's going to happen is all real time media packets are going to be marked, and if they are marked, then we can have them set up for quality of service so they end up prioritized. We can automatically use any available ports for that traffic, or we can specify the port ranges. So if we specify them, we can put in audio, video and screen-sharing, starting and ending ports. I would recommend that you automatically use any available ports. However, if you have specific security requirements, then you may want to set those. After we make our changes, you can click Save and it will take approximately one hour for those changes to take effect. Meeting settings can set the parameters for many different options for users although some changes like ports are not recommended by Microsoft.
