Configure external access for SharePoint and OneDrive

- [Instructor] If you would like external sharing in Microsoft Teams, we need to turn on external sharing in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. And right now, I'm in the Home screen, so I'm going to switch over to where it says Settings and then go down to where it says Org settings. Then we see Services, Security & Privacy, and Organization Profile. So what we want to do is scroll down to where it says SharePoint. And when we enable this on SharePoint, we also enable it for OneDrive, as well. So here we have it set for anyone. Users can share files and folders using links that don't require sign in. If you want to make that more secure, you can make this one of the other options. And the most secure option is going to be this top one, only people in your organization, no external sharing allowed. So we can see guests will receive an error when they try to access SharePoint.
