Use AI to get the conversation started

Get conversations started and stand out for opportunities with Premium's new AI-powered message drafts. This tool helps you confidently craft personalized messages to recruiters or to make new connections. Premium subscribers can nearly triple their chances of getting hired by messaging the hiring manager directly. To use this feature, click the message button on job listings that include the Meet the Hiring Team section. Then click the right with AI button. Follow the prompts to choose what kind of message you want to send. For this example, maybe I want to ask about this job listing. This tool uses information from your profile, the hiring managers profile, the job description, and the company of interest to create a highly personalized draft message. Once the message has been generated, be sure to review and edit the draft to ensure it aligns with your own voice and experience. You can also use this feature on any first message to anyone on LinkedIn using InMail. Go to their profile, click on "Message", and chooses "Write with AI". Here, we'll generate an introduction message. And there it is. Again, be sure to review and edit any drafts the AI generates for you to make sure you're messaging others in your own voice.
