For example, click in the search bar and type in a term. Then click the People filter to find professionals with that term in their profiles. You can narrow your search by continuing to use filters like connections, locations, current company, and so on. Take note of the profiles that stand out in your results. Engaging with leaders in your industry is a great way to build your professional reputation. In your list of results, click a profile to browse it. And then you can send a request to connect with that person or send them a message with InMail.
