- Having flexibility in who you are is important and also, if you're not happy in your current position, don't stay, change your career, follow your passion. What burns inside you is meant to be out there. So if that's feelings deep down in your gut and you've always had this burning since you were a little kid, go for it because what do you got to lose? As long as you're paying your bills, I think you should follow your passion. The other thing is, I started as a super yacht captain and I loved my industry. Bravo fell into my lap so now I'm doing that. It is segued into many other things for me. I now am working on an animated series, a Captain Sandy and the Ocean Rangers, it's an animated series and I just pitched Universal. So my animated series is about a captain who gathers all these misfits because I have a soft heart for the misfits and I take 'em on, I take 'em to sea and we're out to save some lives and some…
