And I'll be back at the end with some thoughts. - It's natural for people to find finance and accounting complicated and confusing. It's really overwhelming, so it's important for me to acknowledge that my colleagues may not have any type of financial knowledge. Even if they do, I need to respect that they still might not fully grasp what I want to explain, so it's up to me and my fellow accountants to apply professional knowledge in terms for anyone to understand and to make it relevant for their needs.
