- [Narrator] Many IT departments align to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or ITIL framework. As well as offering advice on best practices to follow for IT departments ITIL offers certifications. These certifications help to show that engineers have the skills and experience to work with or implement ITIL frameworks. ITIL currently offers a lot of exams. They range from foundational, practitioner, intermediate, expert, and master levels. If you have experience with the ITIL Framework, I recommend looking into studying and sitting the foundational level exam. This exam will test your knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework. The foundational exam is a great way to show your understanding of the framework and may help you take into unfamiliar concepts.
