Now it's time to put everything you've learned into practice by taking the business challenge. Before you get started, let's remind ourselves of Thomas's challenge. Over the last three decades, On the Rise partner owners, Thomas Omar and Saroja Malone, have seen their company grow from a small family business to a global bakery chain. The days of casual on site family meetings are gone, replaced by those of a formal leadership team operating from many countries around the world. Each member of the team is full of great ideas and has the experience and expertise to implement them.
