- Now that you're prepared to become individually accountable for equity and inclusion over the next few videos, let's explore ways you can put this into practice by looking at some of the concrete actions and behaviors you can exhibit as you take on this personal journey. One way is to become a resource. While this can be achieved multiple ways, the ultimate goal is to be a supportive coworker to those right in your work environment. Now, realistically, some people are already more likely to feel included than others, so your job is to expand that net of inclusiveness. You want every individual to know that they have someone, you, who is invested in who they are as a person and that you are invested in their humanity. This can take many different forms, but I want to give you just three examples that will provide a sense of the range of possibilities and help make this concrete. You ready?
