- [Instructor] Okay, so we have DocsFlow installed. Let's talk about actually using it. What we're looking at right here is a Google Doc that my client Zoey is working on. And Zoey is editing it, has shared it with some colleagues and says okay, it's ready. It's called "A Lot of Explanation About Stuff." And you can flow it into that magazine. So here in InDesign, I go to File, and choose DocsFlow, Place from Google Docs. I've already logged in, everything's copasetic. But it's not there. Why isn't it there? Because the client has to share it with you. You're not going to see it, it's not going to be in your Google Drive, nor in DocsFlow if they haven't shared it with you yet. So make sure and tell them, share the document with me. Give them your Gmail address, the one that you use to access your own Drive.
