I would recommend this to any leader who wants to build a more engaged and connected team. Also, many leaders struggle with associated level of accountability - and this is a great foundation to building this as well. The facilitator is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate her exercises as support tools as well. I will tell clients about this one!
