- [Instructor] When you're working with Excel and data, there are multiple ways to achieve a task and that means you have some decisions to make. In this video, we are going to look at writing a single formula versus using a LOOKUP array. In this dataset, we've got information about these available apartment units, the rent. And then in this Floor column, I have a formula that peels the floor away from the unit value. And then in the Layer Formula column, I've got a nested IF. Actually, two IFs nested in a larger IF. Let's look at it. I'm going to go over here and let's do =FORMULATEXT. Ah, see? You learning a new function. All right, here we go.
