One of the most well known drop shippers is Wayfair. Currently, they have warehouses for some of their products, but back in 2012 most of their products were shipped directly from suppliers. They've built infrastructure around those suppliers to more effectively manage all aspects, including the complex shipping, logistics, and returns.
