Tables
- Along with their graphical counterparts, tables are another thing best left to the handout or whatever resource you are providing, which really isn't optional with data. Your audience needs to be able to examine that in detail. You're almost certainly going to have to include some tabular data in your presentation. So, if possible, create builds that only show the data you're discussing at the time. And if you can, try using animations to highlight the rows, columns, or values you're discussing at the time too. If you have larger tables, see if it's possible to break them into smaller segments. And with all of the data you are presenting, make it available for closer inspection by the audience afterwards.
