- So, what I'm trying to say here is you must be reliable. Remember the four rules. One, don't waste their time. Two, show your value. Three, do not let them down. And four, never lie, all of them except show your value is focused on efficiency and reliability, even then, you better deliver on the value promise. So, do your homework and make sure the answer to every question is either the correct answer or that you'll find out the correct answer. These people are relying on you to be the expert so you need to either provide the expertise or know someone who can provide it on your behalf.
