- [Instructor] We've already learned that the Cisco Unified Communications Manager server can be used in an enterprise environment. We can have a group of those servers and form clusters, but what about the small to medium sized offices? Do we really need to spend money on a cluster of communication manager servers for a small to medium sized office? Maybe not because Cisco has another call agent that is meant for smaller environments. And what I'm speaking of is the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, abbreviated CUCME. By the way, in some literature you'll also see that abbreviated as just CME for Communications Manager Express. Either abbreviation is accurate.
