- [Instructor] In this module, our focus is on a couple of Cisco Unified Communications Applications. The first of those is Cisco Unity Connection, or CUC for short. This is our enterprise voice messaging solution. When we think about voicemail and message waiting indicators, those are the types of things that Cisco Unity Connection can do for us. And in the original version of this course, the other application mentioned in this module was Cisco Instant Messaging and Presence, Cisco IM&P. However, in this version of the course, the other application we'll consider is Cisco WebEx, which is a cloud-based communication solution. And we'll take a look at the basic theory and some configuration of Cisco WebEx in this module. Now, if you're ready, I'm ready.
