In every single company, there are certain business lines that drive more profit or revenue than others. Start with areas that will have the most financial impact in the future for the organization. Is there a specific area of the company where having unwanted vacancies will cause detrimental damage to the top or bottom line? For example, in several organizations, cloud has emerged as a key priority, and that's where the growth is. Ask yourself this, which roles are critical to deliver on the cloud priority?
