- [Instructor] We're starting a new chapter now, and we're going to take a look at how we create section views in our construction drawings. So we've got a new drawing for you, you can download it from the library, it's called simple house design sections dot DWG. And as you can see, it follows along from the previous chat, so we've got our floor plan, our roof plan, and our elevation down here at the bottom that we created in the previous chapter. Now, the first thing we're going to need to do is create some section markers, so that we can indicate on our drawings in the model space where these sections are actually taking place through in essence, our floor plan of our building here. So we're going to zoom in towards the top of the floor plan initially, like so, and then what you want to do is make sure that you are on layer zero and then when you create any AutoCAD blocks on layer zero and make them into a block, then…
