- [Instructor] As we think about expanding and accelerating our use of Agile in the new product development processes, there are a few concepts related to organizational change that we should speak about. To begin with, we want our project team thinking product-focused. This is a mindset change from traditional project management methodologies where many stakeholders are looking at the project as the overall guideline for their activities. In an Agile project management methodology the product should be the king, and everything that you do should contribute to the product itself. I've also found that when first adopting Agile project management methodologies, a team comes together that gels. And what works very well to expand the use of the same methodology is to have a stable team. Once the people are on board, once they understand the working methods, if you use the same group of folks again for a concentrated effort that works very well, they can step into their roles very quickly…
