- [Instructor] Before we move on from animation, here are a few simple things to keep in the back of your mind when you're doing any kind of animation in any application. And a lot of this just has to do with simple math. Often I'm creating looping animations and I want things to loop cleanly. That means I don't want some part of the animation to get cut off at the end when we go back to frame one. So I like to animate on numbers like two or five or 10, for example, I'm going to play this animation for you. And what you'll notice is that the blue ball that is closest to the pink square is going to move three times for every one time that the square moves from the bottom of its path to the top. They both are traveling the same distance but the blue ball is traveling three times faster. Meanwhile, the ball at the bottom that is bouncing and rolling to a stop is moving twice through its cycle for every one time that the square…
