Mission

The mission of the YouTube Producer is to drive channel growth and engagement by creating high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. This role is crucial in building our online presence and expanding our digital footprint through innovative and compelling storytelling.

Goals:
  1. Increase Subscribers: Help grow the YouTube channel subscribers from 1.8M to 10M subscribers.
  2. Boost Engagement: Aim to achieve an average engagement rate of 60% across all videos.
  3. Content Creation: Produce a minimum of 1 high-quality video per week. and 1 high-quality shorts video per week.
  4. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.

  1. Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity and engages viewers.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video production, including filming and editing.
  3. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and organizing guests/cast for videos.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, produce, and help film video content on the YouTube channel, ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content and thumbnail ideas.
  • Monitor video analytics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, tools, and best practices to keep the channel competitive.
  • Manage video production schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with guests to ensure they arrive on set and are aware of all shoot details.
