As a Success Coach, you will help amazing people with disabilities live their best lives. You’ll get the chance to support youth/young adults (ages 16-22) with special needs in a year-round after-school/summer program. You’ll do fun activities teaching them how to prepare for a job and help them learn about resources in the community. You’ll love helping them work in the summer and earn a paycheck. And you’ll never be bored because every day is different and exciting!
But wait! There’s more! We pay you for training and when you commit to a full-time position, you’ll earn more than five (5) weeks of paid time off every year!

What are the requirements?
You’re at least 21 years of age.
You have worked with youth with disabilities for at least one year.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
You have a valid Florida driver’s license.
You’re able to pass a criminal background check.
You’re a positive and supportive person.
You’re someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
