We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to coach our youth soccer teams and join our community sports program.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for soccer and working with children. We ask that you commit to regular practice sessions

and games on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

  • One to two years related experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
  • Fully understands the rules of the sport and know how it is played.
  • Enjoy working with children.
  • Basic knowledge of computers. While performing duties of job, regularly use computer and phone/smart device to communicate.
  • Certifications required within 90 days of hire: CPR/AED, First Aid and Safe Schools. The Ymca will provide the class as well as pay for the training.
  • Understand and be committed to the YMCA mission and character development.
