We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to referee our youth flag football teams and

join our community sports program. Ideal candidates will have a passion for football and working with children.

  • Excellent communication skills needed.
  • Understand and be committed to the YMCA mission and character Development.
  • Have an understanding and prior knowledge of flag football.
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements including criminal background check as required.
  • Certifications required within 90 days of hire: CPR/AED, First Aid and Safe schools.
  • Understand and be committed to the YMCA mission and character development.
