young adults under the age of 21 with mental health, emotional, or behavioral needs. The goal of IBHS is to collaborate with youth, families, and caregivers across settings to develop and implement goals and interventions through an Individualized Treatment Plan.
Child and Family Focus has immediate openings for dedicated and skilled IBHS Individual Services Behavioral Consultants and Mobile Therapist who:

Seek an opportunity to utilize creative clinical skills in a variety of settings and gain experience working with diverse populations within Montgomery and Bucks Counties
Use and implement the 5 core values of Trauma-Informed Care in all work practices - Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, & Empowerment
Are available to provide IBHS at least 10 hours/week in the home, school, and community settings
BCs and MTs will:
Assess a child’s behavioral and mental health needs and develop therapeutic interventions to address those needs
Create an individualized treatment/behavioral plan and oversee its implementation
Provide weekly treatment sessions with the child and family in the home, school, and community settings
Use a variety of treatment modalities to increase behavioral/emotional stability and functioning through trauma informed practices
Behavior Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) are currently needed throughout Montgomery and/or Bucks County. 2-3 days of evening hours (up to 7pm) are required throughout the week.
This opportunity is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job. While some evenings are typically required, this position can work around your scheduling needs.'
Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, ABA or Education
Completed a direct service practicum or internship or 1 year of full-time experience providing direct MH services to children, youth, or young adults AND a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling of direct service in the mental health field
or Be licensed as a social worker or a behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
or Be licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
Compensation and Benefits:
Masters Level Therapist: starting clinical rate of $32/hour
Licensed Therapist (LPC, BSL, LSW and LCSW): starting clinical rate of $34/hour
