Alchemy is seeking several Senior Analysts for its NEW emerging talent program, Aspire, that launches this September.

In this one-year program, Alchemy consulting professionals will guide you through the highly sought-after Workday certification training for Human Capital Management, Financials, Payroll, or Integrations, extensive training and shadowing opportunities, and several key milestones on your way to becoming a billable Workday Consultant.

As a Workday Senior Analyst, you will learn the ins and outs of Workday, consulting and implementation fundamentals, Alchemy’s methodology for higher education deployments, and much more. Are you ready to get started?

Pay Transparency Statement

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Alchemy variable bonus plan based on role-specific commission/bonus. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 USD.
