WORKDAY - Integration Architect

Responsibilities

Experienced Workday Financials- Architect Level Lead Consultant with WD certifications for, and experience with formally leading ALL of the following Functional areas: FDM, Financial Accounting, Banking and Settlement, Budgets, Projects, Assets, Customers, Grants. Excellent communication and presentation skills driven by an understanding of Workday best practices and practical solutions and the client’s communication style.

Responsibilities include executing all the functional lead activities dictated by the Workday implementation Methodology, from the architect stage through to the end of initial post-production. This includes Work stream lead expectations of coaching/mentoring company resources assigned to support the same functional area; managing dependencies, and touchpoints with other functional or technical areas:, identification and management of risks and requisite communication and information sharing to the rest of the team as needed for effective project interactions and execution.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

1. Active Workday Certifications for FDM, Financial Accounting, Banking and Settlement, Budgets, Projects, Assets, Customers, Grants
2. Ability to Lead each of the workstreams following Workday’s implementation methodology (from architect stage/design thru post production), manage the dependencies between workstreams, identify and raise risks, and direct/guide the work efforts of other resources supporting the workstreams.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills driven by an understanding of Workday best practices and practical solutions and the client’s communication style.
4. Total 4-5 years of Workday Financials implementation experience , 2+ years LEADING the FDM workstream and all (or at least most) of the other workstreams
