As a Workday HRIS Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for our clients. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the system meets the organization's needs and enhances HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Implementation: Lead and participate in Workday HRIS implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
-Configuration: Customize and configure Workday modules to align with business processes and requirements.
-Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HRIS, including troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements.
-Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective system use.
-Data Management: Oversee data integrity and ensure accurate and secure data management within the HRIS.
-Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
-Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday implementation and support.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and data management. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
-Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Certification: Workday certification is preferred.
