Job Description: As a Workday Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday system. You will work closely with Finance, HR, and IT Teams to ensure the effective utilization of the Workday Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration, and data integrity of Workday Financials and HCM modules.
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues.
  • Gather user requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity, addressing any issues that arise and proposing solutions.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Assist in managing user access, security permissions, and data privacy settings.
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and configuration changes.
  • Manage integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Learn and stay updated on Workday features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Experience related to Workday administration, Financials, HCM, or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of Financials processes and concepts.
  • Experience in Workday Studio and other integration tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications or training in Workday administration are a plus but not required.
