We are searching for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join the team reserving travel!

Our company works with different time zones across the world, creating flexible work schedule that allow you to set your own hours. You will be reserving travel for Clients, working with multiple major Vendors/Suppliers.

You will have access to daily trainings, specialized certifications and will even earn discounts and travel perks!

Responsibilities/Roles:

  • Complete training to gain your Certification to book travel
  • Ongoing training with Vendors/Suppliers so your up-to-date to book travel
  • Extra certifications are available so you can broaden your skill set of the Business
  • Work with Google products (Google docs, Google forms, Google sheets) to obtain and send documents through the Business and to Clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the Clients at all times
  • Review Clients travel/vacation requirements and budget and plan their travels accordingly based on the Clients needs
  • Create/execute exceptional itineraries for Clients which could include: small overviews or completely detailed depending on Clients needs.
  • Book all travel needs of the Clients that could include: airfare, transportation, hotels, cruises, special events, theme parks and more.
  • Effectively communicate with Clients before their travels to ensure they have everything they need for their travel/vacation
  • Effectively communicate with Clients after their travels to ensure that they enjoyed every aspect of their travel/vacation and to obtain any reviews/information you can use to help book future travels for them or other Clients.
  • Advocate on behalf of client
  • Monitor travel restrictions for Clients
  • Network with tour operators in regards to packages that you could offer a Client.
  • Create promotional/marketing materials with company account to use

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years or older
  • Proficient in English ( speak, read, write )
  • Must have a smartphone or computer with reliable internet
  • Must be able to communicate with Clients efficiently
