Product Development/Production Assistant

This role will support all development and production activities throughout the entire

product life cycle.

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams during the

pre-production and production process

Proactively coordinate and manage seasonal showroom samples and all market

related activities

Partner with supervisor for data entry and accuracy in various systems

Assist with showroom sample orders and production purchase order creation

Organize and maintain the production top library

Manage, track, and document all incoming and upcoming packages

Maintain seasonal binders for all submits, standards, and bulk materials

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in product development and/or production

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong time management skills

Must be driven and detail-oriented

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Excel and Word
