As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of front desk attendants. Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors. What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor: Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs The Minimum Requirements to be Considered: Legal authorization to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job: Front desk operations and guest service protocols Team management and training techniques Safety and emergency procedures Reservation systems and hotel policies Work Schedule & Location: Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access Ready to Apply?
