Summary: The Windows Server Support team within the Data Center Operations group is seeking a skilled individual to install, security harden, patch, and provide daily support for Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2019, and 2022). This role involves troubleshooting, anti-virus software installation, backup software management, monitoring system resources, and working with cloud server instances. The candidate should be a team player with excellent customer service skills and will be working a hybrid schedule with occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Install, security harden, and patch Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2019, 2022).
Provide daily support for the Windows Server OS, including troubleshooting and system monitoring.
Install and manage anti-virus, backup, and monitoring software.
Monitor disk space, CPU, and memory usage.
Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
Manage cloud server instances with AWS EC2 and Azure.
Be available for nights and weekends for server patching and issue resolution.
