Windows System Administrator

A fintech company located in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to add to their growing team. who excels in a dynamic, round-the-clock setting and pays close attention to detail. Your role demands expertise in both hardware and software, along with strong interpersonal abilities for client interactions. Collaboration is vital as you'll team up with our Linux System Administrators and Network Engineers to uphold the integrity and security of our user infrastructure. If you're a proactive troubleshooter who can operate independently, we'd love to connect with you.

This role will require someone to work on-site, 5 days a week at an office located in Phoenix, AZ.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Windows System Administration experience
  • Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce security policies in Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with maintaining Microsoft Azure services like MS Enterprise ID and Office 365.
  • Skill in creating and managing master images for Windows workstations and servers.
  • Experience deploying new systems using imaging tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
  • Proven track record in managing and deploying Windows updates to workstations and servers.
  • Capability to develop and maintain automated update schedules.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent documentation skills for procedures and processes.
  • Effective communication skills for providing support to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Linux System Administration is a big plus
