  • Must have experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Must have at least 8-10 years of selling experience
  • Must be a strong hunter and willing to travel domestically quite often

Job Description

Location: Anywhere in the US - Role is 100% remote with a good amount of travel involved

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing financial advisers to market Mountain V’s products, as well as identify new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales process skills to drive sales of investment products.
  • Work with financial advisors to identify client needs and recommend product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Deliver effective presentations to promote U.S. Energy’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Utilize systems, technology, and tools to track activities and profile advisor data to expand reach of product distribution.
  • Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with sales, marketing, operations teams, and all internal partners.
  • Represent Mountain View in a professional manner to all internal/external customers both on the telephone and through attendance at selected events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to self-manage workload volumes to achieve or exceed goals and changing priorities in a team environment
  • Strong results-oriented focus, strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness

Education And Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales profession or the financial services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products and services is required
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in assigned territory
  • Series 7 license is required

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
