Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in reaching out to homeowners, building rapport, and facilitating win-win deals. While a real estate license isn't required, sales experience is a must. We provide the leads; your job is to connect with sellers and showcase our value proposition effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Gain proficiency in real estate terminology, values, contracts, and repair processes.
Demonstrate adaptability and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads and follow up with prospects promptly.
Proactively seek opportunities to expand our business network.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
High school diploma required; real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic.

Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive salary plus commission ($60,000 - $100,000 per year).
